The plan said that by 2025, a relatively sound institutional and policy environment for the development of the hydrogen energy industry will be formed, with significant improvements in industrial innovation capacity and basic mastery of core technologies and manufacturing processes, preliminary establishment of a more complete supply chain and industrial system. The demonstration and application of hydrogen energy have achieved remarkable results, and great progress has been made in clean energy, hydrogen production from sources, and hydrogen energy storage and transportation technologies, a hydrogen energy supply system based on industrial by-product hydrogen and hydrogen production from renewable energy is preliminarily established.
