Fuel cell vehicle on-board H₂ system consists of H₂ filling module, H₂ storage module, H₂ supply module and control module. All Pipes, valves, and joints are selected the one which made of H₂ stable material. All electrical parts and wiring harnesses have waterproof, flame-retardant, and explosion-proof functions. Fuel cell vehicle on-board H₂ system and each parts has passed tests, such as tightness, high temperature tolerance, low temperature tolerance, salt spray tolerance, and IP protection, to ensure safe and stable. The whole system has good performance and functions such as over pressure prevention, over heating prevention, leakage prevention, H₂ build-up prevention and ignition source prevention.
