The ship board H₂ system design and manufacturing based on China standard GB/T 24549 and other ship technical regulations and standards. As China first company engaged in ship board H₂ system, we have excellent technologies and standardized after-sales service.

We developed and manufactured H₂ system for China's first hydrogen-powered ship, Three Gorges Hydrogen Boat 1, which sailed its maiden voyage on the Yichang section of the Yangtze River in Hubei province on Oct 11, 2023. The electric catamaran is 49.9 m long, 10.4 m wide and can accommodate 80 passengers and crew. It can reach a maximum speed of 28 km/h and can travel about 200 km when sailing at a cruising speed of 20 km/h. In Gorges Hydrogen Boat 1 H₂ system project, we cooperated with CCS(China Classification Society) to establish standard for hydrogen-powered ship. Our H₂ storage vessels and control system has certificates from CCS and the whole system meet CCS classification requirements.  

Based on your demand, we can also provided you a separate controller of ship board H₂ system. The controller is independently developed by us, it can work within temperatures range  0 ℃ ~ 50 ℃, it can adapt to slight angles of tilt and sway and can operate in environments with salt spray, oil spray, and mold.
